What is Butifidus? Butibifidus by NPRO is a delayed-release capsule food supplement containing sodium butyrate (a postbiotic), 6 strains of Bifidobacterium, vitamins B2, B3, C and E, and resistant starch type II. Designed to provide butyrate along with bifidobacteria and micronutrients in a convenient form. Ingredients Per dose (2 capsules): sodium butyrate 633 mg (provides 500 mg of butyrate), probiotic mixture 200 mg (20 10⁹ CFU, Bifidobacterium longum YS108R 3 × 10⁹ CFU, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. Lactis DSM15954 2 × 10⁹ CFU, Bifidobacterium bifidum CCFM1063 2 × 10⁹ CFU, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 10 mg (714.2% NRV), nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 16 mg (100% NRV), ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100 mg (125% NRV), alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) 18 mg (26.88 IU; 150% NRV), dehydrated green banana powder 140 mg (provides 91 mg of resistant starch type II), dry extract of bamboo leaf and stem (Bambusa vulgaris), natural banana flavor. Other ingredients: delayed-release capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gellan gum). Suitable for vegans and FODMAP diets. Gluten-free and lactose-free.
